Post-doctoral fellow interested in cellular and molecular MRI of human embryonic stem cells (hESC). In our laboratory, we are combining novel biological and MRI techniques to assess hESC survival and differentiation in vivo. We are also investigating directed hESC differentiation into cardiac cells. Applicants with strong molecular biology background in gene cloning, PCR, FACS, and hESC tissue culture techniques are encouraged. Salary will be commensurate to experience.
