Reporting directly to MedicalDirector, you will responsible for supporting the FastMed vision byempowering our clients to be at the center of their health. You willensure FastMed is a great experience for both clients and our teammembers with support and leadership that will remove barriers, driveresults, and ensure a high level of quality and service.

The ideal candidate is both anexcellent communicator and an outstanding mentor, being responsible fora number of activities related to the delivery of medical care andclinical services such as quality assurance, and medical protocol development.
What you will do:
• Actively participates in meetings with both the local as well asregional team members to identity, predict, and implement solutions andprioritize new strategies in alignment with the FastMed vision and theneeds of the local clinic.
• Works closely with the Chief Medical Director to create policy,quality assurance measures and workflows that are specific to theregions requirements, client needs, and FastMed brand.
• Ensure the most current medical processes and procedures are beingimplemented in the clinic by providers.
• Train new providers to evidenced based quality standards that make upthe quality care offered in FastMed clinics.
• Be available for medical consults and collaboration with colleagues

Knowledge and Skills that will help you succeed:
• Excellent communication and clinical skills

Education/ Experience Required:
• Masters or above medical degree from approved medical school
• Full active medical license to practice from country of qualification
• Board certification in Family Medicine/ GP or equivalent (minimum2-3-year full-time program)
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Completed 3-5 years direct patient care in specialist areapost-residency preferred
• Previous work in administrative/ management and training capacity preferred
