2. Key Accountabilities 主要工作职责
a) Dispense medications to patients and supply drug stocks. 调配药物并补充库存
b) Verify drug orders for individual patients. 审查病人用药医嘱
c) Provide drug information to medical staff and patients. 向医护人员和病人提供药品信息
d) Assistance in medication reconciliation and pharmacy consultation. 进行药物重整及药学咨询
e) Participate in and conduct lectures on continuing education programs. 参与和主持继续教育项目
f) Perform quality control procedures such as expiry date checks inemergency trolly. 完成质控任务，如抢救车有效期检查
g) Perform night shift and on-call duties as assigned in duty roster. 依据值班表值夜班和备班
h) Ensure all procedures conform to legal and hospital policy. 确保所有流程符合法规和BoB手机客户端 政策
3. Qualifications & Experience 招聘要求
a) Diploma or above equivalent in pharmacy from accredited institution. 正规院校药学专业大专及以上学历
b) Chinese professional title with pharmacist or above. 药师及以上职称
c) Minimum 5 years working experience in hospital pharmacy. 最少5年在BoB手机客户端 药房工作经验
d) Professional and communication skills. 具备专业知识和沟通技巧
e) Skillfully master office software. 熟练掌握办公软件
f) Good in written as well as spoken in Mandarin and English. 良好的中英文书面和口语能力
