DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责: 1. Responsible for managing relationship with channels that are able togenerate direct individual patients, act as the customer liaison forJiahui Clinical Services. 2. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers toenable future sales. Manage and develop relationships with key internaland external stakeholders. 3. Develop several channels to generate clients, manage the channel’sexpectation and act as the key contact point with the channel. 4. Serve the customer by understanding their needs and recommending theappropriate services that best meet their needs and exceed theirexpectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to Jiahui. 5. Mine customers’ need and identify & communicate requirements withclinical and operations team. 6. Develop sales kit and marketing material content, designing as perrequirements and at the same time work with marketing team to identifyarticles or marketing materials that can impact our customers. 7. Clients’ experience and satisfaction feedback and discuss withrelevant dept. for product and service enhancement. 8. Represent the brank with customers, external partners and buildingconstructive relationships. 9. Drive revenue goals by developing new customers and establishingrelationships with existing customers to further explore their needs.
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验,技能及能力要求: Minimum five years of experience working in a sale role (preferhealthcare related sales positions) at a private healthcare institution. Good relationship building, able to connect with customers and physicians. Excellent communication ability. Detail oriented, able to settle in and focus on task. Independent, able to handle multiple tasks individually.
