政策和程序得到妥善实施 Ensure hospital policies and procedures are carried out properly 2. 建立儿科病房和新生儿重症监护室的护理标准，保持日常护理质量 Establish standard of care and maintain the quality of daily nursingin Peds-in and NICU 3. 主管儿科病房和新生儿重症监护室护士 In charge of nursing staffs in Peds-in & NICU department 4. 能够担任BoB手机客户端
总值班 Able to act as hospital nursing supervisor as scheduled
任职要求: 1. 至少10年以上儿科护理经验，5年以上新生儿重症监护室工作经验者优先 At least 10 years working experience in pediatric nursing, above 5years of NICU experience is preferred 2. 具备团队管理经验者优先 Experienced in team management is preferred 3. 良好的中英文沟通能力者优先 Good interpersonal communication skills in Chinese and English is preferred 4. 具备良好的临床技能和应对突发情况的能力 Good clinical skills and ability to quick response to unusual cases
