The Clinical Specialist should provide the assistance on clinicalinquiry to Align employees and prescribing doctors that requirespecialized dental expertise.
Clinical hotline participation and positive attitude should be seen onemployees in this category and must start clinical communication withexternal customers.
The Clinical Specialist must be able to identify difficult customersituations and shall be able to point to remedy in the Invisalign products.
Individual performing at this level are expected to provide ideas andsuggestions on how to improve clinical execution of cases.
Continue development of strong ability to work with production, qualityand engineering team is highly recommended.
In this role, you will…
• Problem solves and takes immediate initiative to remedy clinical,quality, or other such issues with Invisalign products.
• Participate in special projects and/or training when requested, aswell as proactive team and individual efforts to achieve department andcompany goals.
• Propose ideas for procedures and processes to promote improved serviceand customer satisfaction, and overall department improvementsInvisalign and/or CAD-CAM services products.
• Ongoing training of the production CAD Designers.
• Identify and propose remedial solution for training or skill deficiencies.
• Perform quality inspection and issue investigation.
• Make sound clinical decisions.
• Communicate issues clearly to Clinical leaders and related teams.
• Be proficient in transacting regularly and accurately within Softwareapplicable to the Treat and/or iTero/OrthoCAD and Align process. Proposeideas to promote improved service and customer satisfaction, and overalldepartment improvements.
• The person in this position will be responsible for providing theassistance to the Territory Managers (TM) and clinical team fromcommercial team upon request and occasionally respond to TM assistancee-mails. Show ability to provide excellent service to internal andexternal customer.
• Provide clinical leadership to team of CAD Designers and productionleaders.
• Implementation in rotating in Clinical hotline and help making callsupon request.
• Work closely with production leaders and QA to help solve any clinicaldoubts that the CAD Designer have.

• Ensures the effective fulfilment of objectives and deadlines assignedto the team.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report allunsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
