This position is responsible for providing administrative support duringcertification projects.

岗位职责
1.According to global procedure and WI, CS responsible for certificationlifecycle management for responsible clients; audit scheduling bycoordinate with clients and internal resource; prepare related auditdocuments to make audit registration in system;
2.Audit report handling and monitor the reports to be reviewed in time;certification handling after report released; archive project electronicfiles.
3.Report audit plan to local authority CNCA;
4.Project financial, including project created and make plan cost inSAP, release payment notices to clients, apply billing and VAT, etc.;
5.Update basic data: client data/ report status/ PN and income/ relatedsystems.
6.Positive feedback from customer;
7.Perform other duties assigned by manager;
任职条件
1.Bachelor’s degree or above;
2.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillswith the ability to communicate business issues in English in an easy tounderstand manner;
3.Good experiences for handing projects;
4.Good communication skill with internal and external clients.
