1. Preceptor, mentor for junior nurses and to provide personalized,specialized and cost effective care to the patient in accordance toestablished clinic policies and procedures.
2. Assist team leader to provide the highest standard ofpatient-centered care.
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
1. Assess plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care of patientsthroughout the clinic
2. Document accurately and concisely the care provided and its outcome
3. Carry out investigation and treatment prescribed by the physician
4. Communicate and discuss patient’s response to treatment andprogress with physician and nursing colleagues assigned to patient
5. Participate actively in physician’s round.
6. Prepare and assist physician with procedures.
7. Collaborate and co-operate with physicians and other health careproviders in the smooth delivery of patient care and service.
8. Follow - up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plan.
9. Provide patient / family information and education on diseaseprevention, process and rehabilitation.
10. Manage complex patient care.
11. Maintain and care in the use of the equipment and supplies.
12. Act as a resource person.

7. At least 2 years working experiences in FM out-patient clinic

1. Provide guidance and orientation to nursing staff assigned to the unit.
2. Facilitate the smooth running of the department
3. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with the public and staff
4. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
5. Demonstrate awareness of current nursing and health care practices
