c) Participate in daily ward rounds to screen drug orders forindividual patients. 参加日常查房，审查病人的药品医嘱
d) Provide drug information to doctor, nurse and patient. 向医生、护士和病人提供药物信息
e) Perform medication reconciliation and clinical pharmacy consultation.进行药物重整及临床药学咨询
f) Perform extension hours and on-call duties as assigned in dutyroster. 依据排班表进行加班和值班
g) Ensure all procedures conform to legal and hospital policy. 确保所有流程符合法规和BoB手机客户端

h) Participate in and conduct lectures on continuing educationprograms. 参与继续教育课程的讲座
i) Training and supervision of pharmacy staff.培训和监督药房员工
j) Perform quality assurance procedures such as expiry date checks. 完成质量保证任务，如有效期检查
k) Perform other medication therapy related duties, such asdistribution of controlled drugs, adverse drug reaction reporting,distribution of patient Information leaflets, code blue drugs.执行其他药物治疗相关的职责，如管控药物调剂，药物不良反应报告，患者信息传单分发及调配紧急药物
l) Assist the pharmacy manager in the development and operation ofpharmaceutical service. 协助药房经理拓展药事服务及营运
Qualifications & Experience 任职资质及经验：
a) Bachelor or equivalent in pharmacy from accredited institution. 正规院校药学专业本科或等同学历
b) Chinese professional title with senior pharmacist or above. 主管药师及以上职称
c) Minimum 4-6 years working experience in hospital/communitypharmacy, more than 2 years as management position 至少4-6年BoB手机客户端
或社区药房工作经验，管理经验不少于2年
d) Professional and communication skills. 具备专业知识和沟通技巧
e) Skillfully master office software. 熟练掌握办公软件
f) Able to manage staff as well as to lead, plan, develop andoperate a major pharmacy service. 具备有效的人员管理能力，可以领导、规划和发展药房服务运作
g) Good in written as well as spoken in Mandarin and English. 良好的中英文书面和口语能力
