We are looking for a specialist who is familiar with Abcam products andapplications and has an ability to communicate with customers to joinour team.

Roles & Responsibilities
• This job’s period is 12 months
• 本工作为期12个月
• Pre-sale: provide technical support and recommend relevant products toresearchers by telephone or email
• 售前：通过电话或邮件给研究者提供技术支持，推荐相关产品
• After-sale: provide the trouble shooting service to researchers
• 售后：帮助研究者分析并解决产品或实验问题
• Provide the cross-functional support to other teams, such as thewebinar support
• 支持公司内其他团队的工作，如为讲座提供技术支持
About you
• Ph.D. in life sciences or M.Sc. in life sciences field with at least1-year additional Laboratory research experience
• 具有一年以上生物领域实验经验的博士或硕士
• Have relevant experience in at least one of the following experiments:Western blot, IHC, ELISA, ICC, IP, Flow Cyto, Chip
• 具有至少一项以下实验的相关经验：western blot, IHC, ELISA, ICC,IP, Flow Cyto, ChIP
• Have the logical thinking ability to analyse experimental problems andprovide optimization suggestions
• 具有分析实验问题并提供优化思路的逻辑思维能力
• Have the ability to communicate with customers
• 具有跟客户沟通交流的能力
• Proficient in English reading and writing skills
• 具有一定的英语阅读和书写能力
