The inpatient staff nurse plans and delivers quality care to patient,following appropriate and accepted protocols and maintaining highnursing standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Plan and perform direct patient care competently and independently.
Provide high standards and safe patient care.
Ensure patient satisfaction with good, prompt and attentive service andclean, pleasant environment.
Maintains professional standards.
Exercises economy and care in the use of equipment and supplies.
Teamwork.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education and/or professional qualifications (minimum requirements)
Graduate from an accredited Nursing College/University in the People’sRepublic of China.
Possesses professional license to practice nursing in Shanghai, People’sRepublic of China.
Minimum 5 years experience after graduation.
Preferably some overseas work experience(outside the People’s Republicof China) in a similar setting.
Good English skills, both verbal and written conversant English is mandatory.
Demonstrates good customer service skills, with ability to relate topatients and their relatives.
Two yearly re-certification of Basic Cardiac Life Support.
