职责描述： 1. Complete production tasks on time according to the work schedule, ensuring that tasks are completed with quality and quantity. 2. In accordance with the needs of training, be responsible for the training and guidance of experimental skills for new members in the position. 3. Provide timely feedback on work progress and assist in solving problems encountered during the actual production process. 4. Complete on-site management. 5. Assist in the management of materials and equipment involved in the experiment. 6. Assist in organizing and optimizing the experimental process of the position in charge. 7. Responsible for the identification and assessment of risks related to this position and information security; follow the relevant requirements of the system, including manuals, procedure documents, and information security management procedures; responsible for keeping confidential the information accessed during work; responsible for timely reporting of information security/privacy incidents during work. 8. Other tasks assigned by line manager. 任职要求： 1. Possess one or more of the following operational skills: Agilent tapestation detection/ DNA extraction/ RNA extraction/ Library construction/ DNBSEQ-G400 sequencing/ DNBSEQ-T7 sequencing; 2. Possess high execution and teamwork ability; 3. Good at finding problems and summarizing experience in work; 4. Have good communication and coordination skills and be able to withstand greater work pressure. 5. Fluency in English language.
