Description

Principal responsibilities are to study the molecular and cellular properties of 7 transmembrane receptors and their associated regulatory molecules, such as arrestins, GRKs, etc. Projects range from structural studies at the biophysical and crystallographic level, to cellular studies of signaling properties and physiological work with genetically altered animal lines. Preferred Qualifications include a PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Cell Biology, or related disciplines. Previous experience with mammalian tissue culture and working with purified recombinant proteins is desirable. This is an entry level post doctoral position, but up to one year of previous post doctoral experience is acceptable.
