Description
A post doctoral research associate position exists within the departmentof Molecular Therapeutics at The Scripps Research Institute Floridacampus. This appointment is to work within the laboratory of ProfessorPatrick Griffin and will focus on the development of methods forhydrogen/deuterium exchange (HDX) mass spectrometry. The candidate isexpected to be able to contribute to the improvement of all aspects ofthe experiment, including automation, LC-MS and data processing.Previous experience with HDX exchange is not required; howeverexperience in biological mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography ispreferred. The candidate will apply H/D exchange to the characterizationof protein-ligand binding and protein dynamics. Excellent written andoral communication skills are required.
