Responsibilities
•Working with team to contribute for Professional Education strategydevelopment.
•Sharing the insight from view of medical perspective to the team
•Making alignment of professional education strategy, plans andactivities within organizations
•Work with other Functions to develop high-quality education contentsfor education events.
•Drive internal partners to ensure Medical Education events implementsuccessfully.
•Responsible for budget tracking and reporting to the relevant MEevents. Monitor timeline and manage project to conclusion andimplementation.
•Ensure all programs are in compliance with regulatory, HCC, legalguidelines, and company policies.
•Localize the relevant information from international resources to meetthe MKT requirement.
•Build the clinical reputation through high-qualified ProfessionalEducation programs
•Establish and manage an external network of agencies, associations,investigators, KOLs and physicians in order to further develop andimplement the Medical Education strategy within the therapy area(s).
•Local and international clinical study follow-up.
•Provide support to teams in their interactions with the externalscientific community, resolving issues as required.
•Continuously update the knowledge of disease management, productsupdates and best practices of relevant therapy areas and products
Requirements
•Master and above degree. Academic background with a clinical/medicaldegree in Orthopedics, general surgery and rehab is preferred
•2+year or above working experience and 1-year or above Pharm/Medicaldevice industry/business experience, medical department workingexperience is preferred
•2 years or above of Marketing and/or Medical experience in the relevanttherapeutic area
•A good understanding of the varying medical and marketing practices andperspectives across China, regional and overseas experience is a plus.
•Excellent in Mandarin and English.
•Strong oral and written communication skills.
