Description
The University of Massachusetts Medical School has two immediatepostdoctoral openings. We will recruit a scientist with interest andaptitude in small animal camera use to assume daily responsibility forquality assurance of microPET/SPECT/CT and optical cameras and usertraining/supervision. As a member of the Laboratory for BiomarkerDevelopment, s/he will also conduct independent research. We will alsorecruit a scientist holding a doctorate in disciplines useful in thedevelopment of biomarkers such as radiopharmaceutical chemistry,molecular biology, optical imaging, early clinical trials, etc. A trackrecord in biomarker development would be highly advantageous. Bothindividuals will join a multidisciplinary team emphasizing bench andbedside research in molecular imaging of cancer, infections and otherdiseases. The Laboratory is well funded through multiyear NIH grants.Salaries will be consistent with NIH guidelines.
