Job Description:

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral researcher to work on a Wellcome Trust-funded programme of research investigating language processing in typical and atypical development populations.

Candidates should hold, or expect to hold by the time of appointment, a doctoral qualification and relevant research background in experimental psychology or a related discipline. Experience with designing, implementing and analysing experiments is essential, as is a keen interest in psycholinguistics and language development. Experience with eye-tracking methodology, and/or research experience with developmental populations, would be an advantage.

The post is available for 26 months and is funded by The Wellcome Trust, and it is hoped that the successful candidate will be able to start as soon as possible after 1 October 2007.
