Post Doctoral Fellowship in inductive signaling in hair follicle

Job Description:

Post-doctoral research in organogenesis and regeneration.
An NIH funded post doctoral position is available to study inductive signaling in hair follicle in the Cutaneous Biology Research Center of Harvard Medical School and Mass General Hospital. Newly developed mouse models will be used to probe the function of the dermal papilla in follicle formation and regeneration. A PhD or MD degree and an interest in developmental mechanisms are required. Previous experience in molecular genetics, use of the mouse as a model system, or experimental embryology would be beneficial.
