Patient Care Delivery - General 1.1 Assess patients and escalate based on organization protocol 1.2 Monitor patients and identify early warning signs 1.3 Perform procedures based upon patients' clinical status 1.4 Collect specimens for laboratory tests 1.5 Administer commonly used medications excluding narcotics byvarious routes under supervision 2. Patient Care Delivery – Specialty 2.1 Assist with set up and monitor medical equipment and devices 2.2 Ensure equipment or devices are properly stored after use 3. Quality and Safety 3.1 Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying withprocedures, rules, and regulations 3.2 Undertake measures to maintain a safe environment for patientcare 3.3 Maintain patient's confidentiality 3.4 Build rapport with patients and families 3.5 Advocate for patients' and families' needs 4. Professional Development 4.1. Maintain and enhance professional and technical competency byattending educational activities and participating in professionalsocieties 4.2. Fulfill CNE requirement of attaining at least 30 hours ofprofessional learning 5. Perform any other duties as assigned
